The service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Rockford, with the Rev. David J. Thies and Larry Yaw officiating Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Machensey Park. Linda M. (Brooks) Toothaker, 55, of Effingham died at 12:05 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at Evergreen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Effingham.

Margaret Joan Wampler, 80, of Toledo passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008, at home.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Barkley Funeral Chapel, Toledo. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with an Eastern Star service at 8 p.m. Burial will be in Humboldt Cemetery, rural Humboldt. Memorials may be made to Woodbury United Methodist Church or Order of Eastern Star.

Leo B. Kenneaster, 87, went to be with the Lord Monday, Jan. 28, 2008. Leo of Toledo passed away at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Mattoon.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Toledo United Methodist Church, 213 Madison St., Toledo. The family will greet friends for an hour preceding the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Toledo United Methodist Church. Inurnment will be in Toledo Cemetery. Barkley Funeral Chapel, Toledo, is in charge of arrangements.

Harold D. Oakley, 90, of Toledo passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008 at home.
