Most polling places within the city of Effingham have changed because of redistricting while outlying areas have remained mostly the same. Voters should refer to their voter identification cards for their respective places of voting. Those who do not have a voter identification card should contact Effingham County Clerk's office at 217-342-6535.
Polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
