EFFINGHAM —
The city of Effingham has announced the closing of a portion of Merchant Lane between Temple Avenue and Roadway Avenue starting Tuesday, Feb. 26, and running through Friday, March 1.
The portion of Merchant Lane runs in front of Effingham Equity Feed Mill where a crane will be setting up tanks for the facility.
