EFFINGHAM —
Community survey results show most Effingham County residents believe the county is a great place to live.
More than 100 community members discussed those survey results and what can be done to make the community even better at the semiannual Community Celebration of Excellence breakfast Wednesday morning at Thelma Keller Convention Center in Effingham.
