Marilyn G. Stalling, 76, of Effingham, passed away at 6:50 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Evergreen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Effingham.
Private family services will be held at Bauer Funeral Home, Effingham. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Effingham. Memorials may be made to the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church or to the wishes of the family. Online condolences may be left at www.bauerfh.com.
Marilyn was born Oct. 6, 1936, in Effingham, the daughter of Harry and Emma (Willenborg) Stalling. She worked as a seamstress for the Illinois Glove Company until her retirement.
Marilyn is survived by her special friend, Eldon Anderson of Effingham; and sister, Kay Griggs of Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Harry; and sister, Helen.
