The service for Le Roy was Friday, June 26, in Toledo Reservoir Park.
Le Roy was born Dec. 13, 1957. He married Lucy Y. Larimer Dec. 31, 1993. Roy and Lucy divorced but remained living together in Toledo. Le Roy was formerly a chef and gas station attendant.
