Cecil Hickman, 58, of Jewett, retired U.S. Navy veteran and Casey Tool and Machine employee, died at 7:18 a.m. Wedneday, Dec. 26, 2012.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today, Dec. 31, at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Greenup. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. today at the funeral chapel. Full military rites will be conducted by Cumberland County veterans following the services.
