Toby Ray Bushue, 37, of Edgewood, died at 2:56 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, Effingham.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. today, Dec. 26, at Neal Funeral Home, Kinmundy. The Rev. Dusty Elmore will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today. Cremation rites will be accorded. Mr. Bushue was born Dec. 28, 1974, in Effingham, the son of Ray Bushue of Mason and Mandy (White) Hohlt of Edgewood. He worked for the road commissioner of Larkinsburg Township and was a member of Red Brush Christian Church.
Survivors include his his father and stepmother, Ray and Mary Bushue of Mason; mother and stepfather, Mandy (White) and Kurt Hohlt of Edgewood; son, Axyl Ray Bushue of Edgewood; sister, Mindy Ray Bushue of Salem; half sisters, Ashley Hohlt of Tellico Plains, Ind., Lacy Hohlt of Athens, Tenn., and Laura Hohlt of Brownstown; aunt and uncle, Sherry and Bill Goeckner; and grandparents, Sarah Bushue of Mason and Freida Lanham of Salem.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Virgil Bushue and Larry White Sr.
