Ruby L. Beatty, 81, of Mattoon, formerly of St. Louis and Effingham, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Douglas Rehab and Care Center, Mattoon.
A memorial service will be with the family at a later date. She was cremated by Schillings Funeral Home, Mattoon, handled the basic cremation.
