Michael Howard “Blacky” Baker, 40, formerly of Neoga, died at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, in Dixon.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Free Methodist Church of Neoga, with the Rev. Steve Massengill officiating. Burial will be in Neoga Memorial Cemetery. Swengel-O’Dell Funeral Home, Neoga, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Vicky Rahn, 433 Walnut Ave., Neoga, IL 62447.
