John Arthur Burkhardt Sr., 76, of Casey, heavy equipment owner and operator, died at 8:50 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at Union Hospital, Terre Haute, Ind.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Greenwell Funeral Home, Martinsville, with the Rev. Dan Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Lindsey Cemetery, north of Martinsville.
