CASEY —
Donna Lee Hippler, 62, of Casey, passed away at 2:12 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at Union Hospital, Terre Haute, Ind.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today, Jan. 15, 2013, at the Markwell Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Haag officiating.ÊBurial will be in the Washington Street Cemetery, Casey. A parish wake service was Monday evening with followed by the visitation at Markwell Funeral Home, Casey. Memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice. She was born Aug. 11, 1950, in Terre Haute, Ind., the son of Jesse Donald "Don" Fain and Norma Lee Paul Fain. On Nov. 8, 1969, she married Richard Eugene Hippler in Newton.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Hippler of Casey; daughters, Amy Mullen and husband Patrick of Casey, and Sarah Tomes and husband Jeremy of Clay City; parents, Don and Norma Fain of Casey; brothers, Ronnie Fain and wife Nila, Stan Fain and Larry Fain, all of Casey; sister, Brenda Hammond and husband Brian of Casey; brother-in-law, Larry Hippler of Newton; sister-in-law, Agnes Ann Bond and husband Dean of Newton; grandchildren, Cody Brown, Derick Brown and Abigail Mullen, all of Casey; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Jon M. Fain; and nephew, Jacob Fain.
Donna was a 1968 graduate of Casey High School. She attended the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Casey. Donna was a homemaker and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed decorating her home for the holidays and decorating her yard with flowers. Donna also enjoyed watching old movies and was an avid Cardinals fan.
