TROY —
Faye Adams Ball, 95, of Troy, formerly of Collinsville, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, in Maryville.
Visitation will be from 9 until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Allan & Ciuferi Funeral Home, 314 W. Main St., Collinsville. A private family funeral will be held in Oakridge Cemetery in Effingham. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Support Dogs Inc. and will be accepted at the funeral home.
She was born Aug. 8, 1917, in Effingham to the late Ross and Emma (nee Owens) Adams. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Jay Ball and one daughter, Cheryl Sue Ball.
Surviving are her daughter, Jayne Ball-Saret (Mitch) of Charleston; a son, Joe (Crystal) Ball of Collinsville; and one grandson, Michael Ball of Collinsville.
